Default Need help buying wheels!

I have a 2003 c240. I'm looking to purchase new wheels (see attached picture). I found some for sale--but they are 17" and the offset is 38mm. I believe that my 16" stock are 37mm. Can I still put these new wheels on my car without making adjustments?

If I need to make adjustments, what do I need???

Thank you!!! I'm looking to purchase these wheels ASAP (they're coming off craigslist).

You need to know the width, the bolt hole size, if the bolt hole is for the tapered seat or the ball seat bolts, if they use 14mm bolts or 12mm bolts, and is the bolt circle 112 or 114mm.

If everything else is the same, 1mm of offset difference should not make a difference if you currently have stock rims.
