The two levers that adjusts the tilt and angle of both the driver and passengers seats don't work, just wondering if this is a common problem and that i can fix this myself or best to bring it to a dealer? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Very common. expect it to happen multiple times. Mine have been replaced 3x. Wiring harness grounds out on seat track...

 

It's so frustrating. Does anyone here have a step by step, elimination process as to what the problem could be? Any advice at all greatly appreciated.
