Hello, around last week my C230 Kompressor 2000 Mass air flow sensor/meter messed up on me. I ordered a new one and replaced it, but now the car seems to jerk, it seems as if the sensor is switching from on to off, over and over again causing a jerk, and the rpm is not proper, even when i floor the car it won't go past 4 andI sense a burning smell. Also check engine light has turned off once I replaced it. Can anyone please help me on what this maybe??

Did you reset your car computer by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes or so after replacing the MAF? You will probably have to re-sync your windows and sunroof plus re-enter your radio code. If you still have problems, you need to go by autozone and see if you can pull any codes with their free loaner code scanner.
