Is it better to cut a coil off to lower my car or is it better to melt the springs to lower my car?

Neither, buy new (shorter) springs.

so can i buy just h&r springs and use them on my stock shocks for a few months untill i get new shocks? and would i have any issues about any rubbing of any kind?
