Hello all,
I´ve just shipped a 2001 model C320W C-Class Mercedes to Nigeria from New York and during the Customs clearing procedure at the Port my agent realised that the keys were all missing. I´ve contacted my dealers in New York and I was advised to file for claims from the shipping line as the keys were handed over to them before the ship departed for Nigeria and they further gave me all the proofs.
I need someone to give me an advice and the cost of replacement incase it drags on for a while.:mad:
