Key fob stopped

I bought an 05 Mercedes C240. It was operating fine. I dropped it off Saturday to have the windows tinted. I picked it up came home and the fob will not lock or unlock. I searched the web, replaced the battery, disconnected the car battery, pulled and checked all fuses. The fob flashes as you push buttons but the locks are not operating. No sound not matter how close to
The vehicle. HELP!!!

Are you able to get the codes pulled? This will make finding where to start troubleshooting a lot easier.
