i like the new w203's like yours they look real nice
BTW Tinted glass as standard on my w203 is about 5% from the factory, legal limit for UK and I think US/Can is about 7 or 8%, and thats fairly dark!! 35% is a serious blackout shelter blind for use in WWII air raids, lol

As much fn we have in Souther Jersey, my guess is you'll be ok in Philly with a well known tinting place. Just make sure you go to a known business who gives you a written guarantee.
