Great site by the way. I have a replacement belt tensioner for my 97 C230. It does not come with the pulley. It also looks like the bolt for the pulley is fixed in place. How do I remove the pulley with the oversized washer/ bearing. does it require a special tool?

 

Update: ok so upon getting my hands dirty, the large washer/bearing was actually a cover for the pulley bolt. Easy after all.
