help finding shadow line trim
 

bmw has an option called something like "shadow line trim" which changes the window trim around each of the four doors from that shiny/chrome plastic to black. does anyone know if this can be done on a c300, and where to find the piece? thanks.

I was cruising around on a Nissan forum and there was a similar question. Some of those guys apply a 3-M vinyl trip over the chrome after prepping it with a good washing and then cleaning it with isopropyl (rubbing) alchohol. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to help keep things warm and pliable.
