insurance costs will depend on where you are. you can get quotes online from most insurance companies.

I am not talking about an underdrive pulley set. There is a set that changes the one on the SC and increases the PSI in return truely increasing power.

There's no such thing as free power (energy). Being a chem major, I know you're familiar with the conservation of energy law. The pulley you're decsribing makes the engine work harder to spin the SC faster. There's nothing in the pulley that transforms into energy, hence the energy is redirected from the engine.

U and i both know this Lug for course there is no free energy but the guy asked for performance mods and i told him a good choice to make.

I didn't say it didn't work as a perfomance enhancement. There's a trade off, though. Just so he knows.
