LOL. Are they really that much? Do you know exactly how much? Can an independent man get one?

 

Well, I can tell you this much.....I had the wild idea that I'd get an extra key and walked into the dealership here
to the parts dept. to ask them about it. My car is an '05 C230K. Before I could finish my question to the parts guy
he loudly said, in front of three or four other customers who were standing there, "THOSE ARE $215.00...DO YOU
WANT ONE?????" and walked away. Nice, huh. Really arrogant. Sadly for him, my friend is the General Manager at
the dealership. Score: Me 1, Him 0.
