Check engine light came on today leaving work and there is a very noticeable vibration when in idle, turned ac off and it got somewhat better, there is also a hesitation going up hills. Not sure what all this means, read some posts on here and curious if it is the vaccum hose or another loose hose by chance. Supposed to be on the road tomorrow to move to florida, all comments will be helpful.

stop by an autozone, advancauto, pep boys, etc, and have them pull the codes that drove the CEL. It is a free service they offer.

 

In my 2008 C300, I had a similar experience and it turned out to be the 3 of the cam magnets.

I understand that this is a known defect and that they'll fix it under warranty. If you're past the warranty, it'll be interested to see if they'll fix it anyway since its a known problem.
