Try cleaning MAF first and see if it corects the problem.

Most cars do not have issues with sensors, more like connectivity issues like poor grounds or pin tension (connections at the sensor terminals) Try disconnecting and reconnecting the connectors. Make sure you do it with the key off or you'll have slew of new codes.
