Do later model W203 suffer from the same faults earlier models did?
The W203 is a car in my price range. I'm considering a 320i BMW or a W203 C-Class. I know the earlier models were riddled with reliability issues but was wondering if the later ones in the series 04-06 had the bugs fixed?
The issues I read about are mostly electrical and some engine problems. Like the chain going etc.

W203 Problems
I have a 2004 mercedes C230 sport with 70, 000 miles and the only thing i replaced so far is the power steering pump. I was actually selling it if you are interested... $10,000
It has been lowered with Eibach springs and has 20 inch mesh wheels.
