Camshaft Position Sensor
 

Hello everyone,

I have spent some time reading through the forum searching for a solution to my question.

I have a 2001 c240 with 45k miles. The other day the check engine light popped on and after that it has had trouble starting. It seems to take several attempts before it finally starts. Once started, it runs fine.

Now on to my question. The code being returned is P0341 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit A - Bank 1 - CKT Range/Perf. I went ahead and ordered the sensor, but I'm not exactly sure where it's located. Is Bank 1 on the right / left / front / back? Does anyone have a diagram that would show it's location?

Does anyone know where this sensor (Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit A - Bank 1) is located?
