Unhappy c280 sport spark plugs!

i have a 1999 c280 sport and i'm coming up on my 100,000 service. i took a quick look at changing the plugs and noticed there isn't much room. does anybody have any suggestions on how to do it? or a good technique to use?

Default spark plugs

disconnect electrical connections from coils , there's a # 30 torx screw in center of coils , remove spark plug wires from plugs, this will give the most room to remove plugs, [ still tight tho ] be careful removing spark plug wires unless you are replaceing them. leave the wires on the coils and mark to ensure they go back is same place ,because wires are different sizes

they are hard to pull off, most times just replace wires with plugs . but there is a tool its a 17 mm open end wrench that is bent in a 90 deg and if wires are original it fits behind metal end , and you push/pull to get wires off

hope this helps
