The pads themselves would be inexpensive.
The total cost depends on a few things, as you probably know.
Are you doing the job or is MB. Is an independent shop doing it?
Are they replacing the rotors as well? A lot of places won't do the job without
new rotors and they won't turn (machine) the old ones on a Mercedes (or a BMW).
So, it could be less than a hundred, or seven hundred for everything having a shop do it.
(NOT Mercedes) You'd have to leave them your firstborn as collateral. Maybe even your watch.

I have an independant guy who works on all European cars. I never take my Mercedes to MB dealers
