C280 (1998) How to pull down a wiper?

Is there a trick to return a wiper into original position without significant push after it was lifted up?

How far from the "park" position is the wiper stopping when turn off. Do a search of the board, there was a string with a website on how to Adjust the wiper and maintenance of the wiper forks under the covers.
