C240 seat control module
 

good morning, I have a problem with battery drain overnight. I believe I have narrowed it down to the drivers seat control module (I unplugged it for several days and did not have the battery drain overnight). Before replacing it, I wanted to know if the seat control module could also cause my sunroof to not work properly (the roof will not "one touch" open, I have to continuosly press the open switch and it goes about an inch each time until open. Also, when I close the sunroof, it goes all the way past closed and "pops open" then will not close.)

I know the seat and roof are both going through the rear SAM in the left rear of the trunk (according to the wiring diagrams). Can the seat control module affect dthe roof or is it the SAM?
