C240 Electrical issue

C240 Electrical issue

I unplugged the battery and reconnected it on my C240 and now

1. the blinkers not working.
2. The trunk needs to be open and locked manually.
3. The wipers are not working.
4. the Gas gauge stopped working

Any ideas?

No such thing would happen from "unpluging the battery".

Unfortunately, this is the situation I am facing. I scheduled an aoointment with Mercedes but I have to wait 10 days. Anyone knows something about the issue I am having?

there have been problems reported when removing the battery improperly.
