C230 won't start
 

Hello all! My C230 recently died on me, it was reading battery/alternator issue so I replaced both and it started! Until I got down the road and it died again, when I turn the key there's a clicking noise but only once and nothing happens, any suggestions on what the issue could be would be greatly appreciated

i have a 1997 c280 and it did the same thing ,only light came on when i turn the key on was check engine, by accident I hesitated then I heard a click and it started when i turned it. my switch at the bottom of the ignition was bad

Sometimes a loose battery cable or grounding issue can cause symptoms similar to what you are describing. Check that the battery and alternator connections are tight and that there is no corrosion on the terminals
