C230 KOMPRESSOR car wont start

So I have a problem..
my car wont start. I got my alternator and battery tested and they're good. before I swapped out the starter when i try to turn on the car it would just click that's it. Now that I put in a new starter it just grinds. I tried to push start it but it still wont start. HELP ME PLS!!!
