c230 komp MAF replacement

I have 2003 c230 komp with 65000 miles on it and it need a new MAF.

Where can I get a new MAF replacement part?
I've heard that if you get cheaper part you will end up replacing with the expensive part.
Where can I get a new MAF replacement part other than dealer?
Anybody have suggestion and I'd really appreciate it.

These puppies are a bit pricey. I use www.autopartswarehouse.com but I just googled "mercedes benz mass air" and got a ton of sites. Maybe shopping around will get you the best price. ;)
