c230 head unit problem

hey, im having a problem with my car. the entire navigation system doesnt work. i cant play music or anything. just the Head Unit doesnt work at all. any suggestions ? i checked all the fuses and everything but it doesnt work.

meant to say that i've checked all the fuses and it showed that they are all in working order.
