ive notice that my c230 automatic transmission has a pump near the water reservoy and it has a hose that goes to the back of the engine. what is the purpuse of that pump? another thing mi car was in a accident front colition and I notice that my brakes arent working they fill like when the car is off iven do the car is on i dident damage the abs and esp computer and i dont have he abs light on any ideas.

 

If your brakes "feel like when the car is off, even though the car is on", then you might be in need of brake fluid. Have you checked for leaks after your accident?
