i`m planing to replace my cluster becouse sometimes the center screen dosent work as well as i hope but i was wondering if i buy a used cluster from ebay will my millage change?

 

cant be done!! to much version coding, that is specific to car options. and mileage will be incorrect.

I just had mine changed under extended warranty through Warranty Direct. The new cluster's info screen works flawlessly (no more fading due to heat). From what I gathered from the SA, the mileage info is stored in the computer, the cluster just plugs in and is easily swappable.

Is yours fading at the upper and lower edges in the heat, say 105+ F? Your fix would be to replace it.
