Hello. I'm new to forum but i cant find any answer for my question.

I'vo got nice alloys on my C-class so i decided to buy some lock nuts. THey seems ok but they been slightly longer than old one. When i've tried to move car i heard bad noise from rear wheels so i've stop. (0,5m).
Car was completely blocked.
I removed the longer nuts and it looks slightly relaesed but i can hear noise from wheels. it looks like handbrake is still on. I think i managed to brake drum brake. Am I?

Please help.
