C180 transmission
 

Hi

I'm new here and maybe you can help me out. My 1998 C180 waits til I am almost at a standstill before it changes down. Sometimes it is rough changing down from 4th to 3rd. When it is cold it takes some time to change up and goes from 1st to 5th very quickly if not accelerating. I have changed oil, ran diagnostics and 2 different mechanics to check it out. I have had a 190E and never a problem. I love this car and it is driving me nuts.

Can anyone help? Please?
