The CD changer reads no changer, i have 2002 C-240. Help from anyone will be appreciated.

 

I myself have a 01 C320. this may not be the best way to fix the problem but I came across the problem a few time. I just gave the disc changer(holds the discs) a good hit with my knuckles. Not enough to break it but it seems to work. I haven't had problems with it since. I went to the dealer first to get an idea of cost. They said it would be around 500 to replace the unit. You can find a new 6disc changer online for around 75 dollars not including install. Good luck with this hope it'll help out
