C-class bumper popped out

C-class bumper popped out
My C-class coupe front spoiler is low and while pulling away from a parking stop, it got caught and as I backed up, the side of the bumper pulled away from the front fender. I'd like to put it back in place and wonder if anyone can share how to do this.
