Its called a inlet shutoff port motor, you need to change the motor when replacing the inlet, you have a faulty motor it works all the time when you the engine, when accle or deaccel it opens and shuts,is there lose of power if so needs to be renewed....

Default c-270 emission motor

Thankyou very much for your reply.Yet not clear if i change the shutiff motor the new one would work continiusly as this motor was replaced one year ago and i suspect that some other component could be responsible as it functions for a wile then stops then starts again. There is not notisable lose of power.
Any idea wat kind of test could result in accuarte diagnose?Any other ideas? Plase halp me. I do not mind spending but I do not want to replace wrong part.
