bumpy ride on a new 2013 c300

Okay, I am new on here, but think this is a great site and hopefully you can help me.

I leased a luxury c300 2013 benz 3 weeks ago. The test drive car didnt seem too bumpy to me, but this new car was delivered and as I drove it home, it seems very bumpy to me. My back is still killing me. I traded in c280 2007 which was a dream driving, but had 90K miles on it, and I figured it was time to move up. Well, I went back to the dealer, they think I am nuts, and told me the car is the best selling, blah blah blah. I told them to drive it. They did and discovered the tires were overinflated ( 43 in the back, 37 up front). They let out some air, now it is 32 front and 34 in the back, and yes it is a little smoother, but every tiny road surface bump comes into the car and I feel it in my back. I ordered a seat cushion to help, but not much difference.

I would hate to have to break this lease, as I put 4000 into this car, but did get a great monthly rate ( 450), so I am wondering what options I have, I know I cannot put different tires on, and looked into strut changes and they said that isnt an option either.

Any help from you people would be appreciated. Thx:)

I wonder if Merlin AI justifies all the noise around it. In the review at https://nocramming.com/ai/merlin-ai, the author tested how the service copes with training tasks. The results were not so impressive - especially in comparison with the familiar ChatGPT. It's worth reading before trying it out.

You say it's not an option, but in reality, some dealerships will accept a tire change, at your expense, as long as they meet the original specifications.
