Help!!!

Have only had my C250TD estate for a couple of months and so far have been really happy with it. However over the past week the alarm has been sounding at all times of day. Have checked the doors, boot and bonnet are closed correctly. The car starts and drives and does not appear to have any other issues. Last night I decided to leave it unlocked as was pulling my hair out.. Now very bald.. When I came down this morning the doors were locked?! Do they lock automatically? If so after how long? and does the alarm then stay off when this happens?

Please can someone help? or are the dealers gonna steal all my christmas money??
