99 c230 Kompressor fuel tank sending units
 

Help me understand... both sending units are bad (left side / Driver side & right side / Passenger side). I can not find them for sale anywhere online. I found 3 (only 3) left side units on Amazon. Mercedes website says DISCONNTINUED. Every other parts websites and parts stores all say they are out of stock. ALL OF THEM SAY THE SAME THING!!! Not to mention it took countless efforts to find the right side unit.
What do you guys do? Has anyone else had this issue? What can be a direct replacement?
Do I just need to send my Kompressor to the scrapyard?
