'94 C280 Master Fuse?
 

Hi all, I have a question/problem. I am working on my son's 1994 C280. We just installed a rebuilt engine and it was running rough with the CEL light on. I went to change the OVP and acidentally shorted one of the pins to the chassis (I know, dis-connect the battery when doing any electrical work). I heard an elctrical "pop" and now the car won't start. No fuel pump or spark. The I have changed the OVP, Fuel Pump relay, new engine computer and still the same thing. Is there a "Master Fuse or Relay" on this car? Any help is greatly appreciated.
