i accidentally cracked my brother's rear bumper. i believe its a 2001 or 2002 c240. where can i get a rear bumper replacement? i tried looking on line but i didnt find any. is there a way to fix it? like some paint came off, no serious bend, and its not literally cracked, more like paint came off. he said it was ok and stuff but i still feel bad so ill try to get him new ones. thanks

send the car into your local auto body shop for a repair. it doesn't sound like a serious hit, so they should be able to fix it with no problem. the cost would depend on how servere the bumper it is. u should upload a picture here for the guys to take a look around. we have plenty of helpful minds here.

some guy in my apartment scratched off some paint of my 99' c280 when he's backing out. so i sent it into the shop. i have a front lip that's got a few bad cracks and scratches on it, a scratched rear bumper and a badly installed spoiler done by the previous owner that needed to be worked on. and he gave me a bill of about $550 for all 3 pieces to be fixed, sanded and repainted. this should give u an idea for how much u should expect.

they will use filler and putty to fill up the uneven area.

the bumper is suppose to be that way... very normal.
