Hello all,
I have this prob which I cant solve for almost a year. Tried almost everything. If anyone had similar problem I would apreciated any comments.

Mercedes W203.042 - 2003 year , 200 Kompressor, M271 engine

Selfadaptation goes pass +1 every time. Once reset to zero goes up slowly straight away
Fault code 2029-001 system rich and self adaptation faults
Lambda 1 oscilating 950mV- 1050mV at idle
Eliminated all leaks thru overpressure test, replaced breather pipes. Intake system is holding the pressure when system blocked at air mass meter using merc tool.
Change upstream lambda sensor, change air mass meter.

Fault for Lambda control keeps coming back upstream of TWC 2058-001
Checked all values again and self adaptation +1.9, and Lambda 1 again around 9++mV !!!!!!!!!!
Why is my labda value showing low all the time. Pls help...

I have the same problem.
C-class 200K exhaust valves in cilinder head were leaking, lambda sonde went up to +- 1200 mv but i cant get it higer.
fitted an new katatysator (advice from bosch carservice helpdesk) but it had no effect.
changed the lambda sonde's, fuel injectors, HFM, kombi valve(from EGR). there is no vacuum leaking.
So if you solved it let me know, i'am about to wreck it.
