I put a motor from California last year in my 07 it had the code 16 balance shift issue . Runs good just at times lights flash car shakes ? This happened with both motors new one has 80 k miles car in almost mint besides this issue . I cant sell it this way any pointers local dealership in Springfield Illinois wants 5 k to fix it .
