Okay.... I recently received an email from my MB dealer letting me know about a recall on all 2005 C230's.....
Well.. back in 2007 I had a service done on my car in which a hose under the intake manifold had to be replaced and cost about $500 bucks! then... after that my car just felt like crap... always getting check engine lights... trembling.. no one could find the problem!..
I took it in for the recall and it so happens that all the hoses (5 total) needed to be replaced under the intake manifold for faulty manufacturing... and soooo that was the whole reason for problems I had with the car... ***all better now**
Well of course! I went back to MB and asked for my money back for the hose that was replaced as it wasnt my fault.. it was a recall.. so it was faulty product.. and I couldnt believe it when they called to tell me i'm getting a check in the mail!

Just wanted to give a heads up on the recall for anyone who doesnt know.
