I have a 2005 C230 Kompressor sedan and I do not have the owners manual, so please bear with me on this one. There is a button on the dash which shows a picture of seat headrest moving up and down. When I hit this button, nothing happens. Am I missing something here?

 

I went through the same thing with my 1997 C280. I found that if the heardrest is in the up position in the back seat, when you hold down that button, the headrest will drop down, making it wasier to see out the back window when there are no riders in the back seat.

 

I have the same 2005 C230K sport sedan. That button is for the rear headrests. The button will release the headrest to flip down, but you would have to pull them back up manually if you need them up. One more thing, the button will only work if the car is turned on.
