Hey guys, I've been searching online for a while now and feel helpless.

Long story short, I work for a privately owned auto repair shop and have taken over electronic diagnostic procedures.

I've been catching up on all the software needed for specific makes etc...

Recently I've been requested to perform an manufacture upgrade for a 2003 Mercedes C320's main computer. I'm guessing its similar like flashing firmware, however I cannot seem to locate the appropriate software and/or guide to proceed. I've been given a couple computers with preloaded software but the last tech guy was extremely disorganized so locating what program does what can take a very long while.

Any help in this field would be greatly appreciated!
