2002 C240 Mirror Turn Signals
 

Im looking to swap out the turn signals in the mirrors for new ones. I was looking to make them purple or a blacklight color until i found out that the bulbs were actually strips. So does anyone know where i can purchase an aftermarket light strip that would be in white at the very least? Or if anyone else has any other ideas that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if you have state inspection in the state you live in that would FAIL because of the incorrect color for a signaling device. you could try coloring the lens maybe.

I am aware that due to state laws they may not be legal. But regardless im very interested in doing this. I dont wanna color the lense because in the end there r still ugly amber lights and im looking to change them, even to white wouldn't be a problem. My other idea is to actually black out the lense nd basically cut the wires to stop the mirror signals from blinking, but then im sure it would throw codes and tell me my signals arent working. Any ideas? thanks again.
