So I have spent too much time and money fault finding my 2002 W203 C-Class sports coupe C180K. Initially I had MAF sensor code, O2 sensor 1 bank 1 code, misfire on all cylinders. I have replaced all spark plugs with high quality plugs, replaced the MAF sensor, replaced both O2 sensors (pre and post cat), replaced all coil packs, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the fuel system through, disconnected and cleaned every connector under the bonnet . I understand that I should still check all pipes to ensure there are no leaks, change the coil pack leads and maybe a compression check which will be my final stage of this frustrating problem. The actual problem being that the car is hunting at idol whilst in the drive selection, the engine fault light is on and fault codes P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304 are displayed. The car itself is driving like a dream now, obviously after changing so many components, however if I kick down on the accelerator the car will go into safety mode. Does anybody have any more ideas of what can be wrong please? Some direction would be fantastic #headless chicken
