2001 C320 draining battery

Hello
I have a '01 C320 with 95k on it. Gives me problems draining the battery. I figured that if i unplug the module under the driver an passenger seat, it'l stay charged, otherwise in a day or so will drain.
If you guys could give me any advise what to do, where to look, what to look for....
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Dear Mercedese owners i am using MERCEDESE C200 compressor 2005 and with me since 2005 ,having issue of battery drain and after replacing new battery issue remains..
send to workshop and they had tried to find the problem BUT UNABLE ....after google search i found out many owners have memory seat issue which drain out the battery in overnight.....
after the workshop also recognise the same memory seat fault which drain out the battery and next morning car not able to start.
what they do they have little (WIRING alteration) and now the memory seat can be adjusted or have power once ignition is on....once key is out and memory seat have no power....
Problem solve with this method upon entering key seat use power else NO POWER.

I would check your voltage regulator to make sure you don't have any unusual spikes and if it checks out, I would check the alternator. - easiest place to start would be by getting the codes read. I've attached a few links below to our site's DIY tech articles on the W203 platform. Hope this helps and best of luck!
