2000 C280 Cd changer location
 

Hi, I'm trying to find out where the connection for the 6 disc cd changer is located. I have a cable in my middle console and in my trunk. I'm just trying to be sure cause I've been getting the run around from different dealers. This is the cd changer I'm buying and just want to make sure it will connect before I purchase it. Thanks

The factory location is on the right side in the trunk (behind the right tire) Or at least that's where mine is. And I have the same changer you are buying.

You need to be sure the jacks on the cable are compatible to the CD changer and the steereo. Your steereo manual should show what kind of jack is needed and the compatible changers. Are there jacks on the cable you have seen?
