2000 C230K Delayed Engine Start (CAS or Fuel Pressure??)
I have another problem with my 2000 c230k. Every time I try to start the car when the engine is warm the car has trouble starting. It turns over and over....and over and then it catches. I was told by my indy that it is either a fuel pressure problem or a Cam Angle Sensor. Does anyone have any experience with this? They couldn’t replicate it in the shop at the time I had it in there but the problem is continuing to get worse.
I would think if it is a cam angle sensor then the problem would replicate itself every time. So I am leaning toward a fuel pressure problem but I am just diving into Mercedes Cars so I am not familiar with the c class W111 history.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
