1999 C230 Kompressor - Stinks when I start heater for first one minute and goes away

Hi
When i start my heater, first one minute it stink badly and then smell goes away. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue. Of course I can use spary which help but I want to remove this issue permanently.
