320 has about a 6500 discount off $41k msrp, c230 has a $35k msrp.....asise fron 10 way seats and 10 speaker sound system, what's the difference between these two?

 

The 230K engine is not as smooth as the c320, I know I own a c320, the v6 All Aluminum engine really is superb!

Test drive both and push the on bend and on open roads, u will feel the difference.

C320 also has 12 plugs, = twin spark = more power = better deliver = more efficient = quieter running.

I just bought a '06 C230. I never drove the '05 320 so I can't comment on it. The C230 I own is a manual. I got the manual because the auto doesn't give me enough zip (and its a sports luxury so it made sense to just go manual).

I'm assuming theres only one type of '06 C230 ( comes with sports suspension, 17 inch sport rims, perforated disc brakes etc. ) because when I was looking I only saw this particular make. It's a very sporty car (extremely fun to drive as a manual) but if you want speed at take off I would not suggest getting the automatic. If the 320 offers you more power for less money with the same options I'd consider the 320 in your position.

Don't get me wrong. I'm still loyal to my C230.

 

I have a 01 320.But still compared to the 230, I personally would choose the 320. But like PBI said, test drive em' both. You'll be able to make the decision for yourself after that .

 

Well...decided to go with 2005 C320. Doubt I could go wrong either way. THanks to those who responded.
