The power lock on the driver's side seems to be getting stuck. When I press the button on the dash to lock or unlock all doors the driver's door keeps trying lock or unlock several times until it stops. Is there a quick fix to this problem?

 

YEah i have an 04 c230 K and my driver door lock is doing the same thing and the dealer says we need a new lock motor.

 

When you lock/unlock your your doors with your remote or from the switch on your dash and the door pin bounces up and down 4 or 5 times, it is most likely the "door lock actuator" that needs replacing. I think the dealer will charge you approx. 2 to 2½ hours labor plus parts to replace.
You can replace it yourself if you are a DIYer. It has been discussed on this forum and others on how to replace. Good luck
