Well I got the car up and running and starting with the key. It comes out of gear and drives fine. I took all the plugs from the ECM and Sam/fuse box and cleaned all the connections and fuse slots. Everything was corroded and not getting a good conection. There was water in the box that holds the ECM so I made a few holes so the water won't stand in there and splash around. The windshield wipers work now too. So all and all seems to be good now. Thanks everyone that helped. So if you have a no crank no start check the ECM.

 

My one have the same problem..turn out is a transmission relay ..i swap it with the horn relay.and it work perfect.
